Responsibilities

Design branding assets for creators to support their UGC presence, including:

  • Twitter (X) banner
  • Profile image
  • Additional branding elements aligned with the creator’s aesthetic
  • Build portfolios as shareable Canva Sites or Canva PDF portfolios
  • Maintain organized Canva files for easy duplication and updates
  • Follow naming conventions and folder structures in Google Drive

Create a dedicated Case Studies section in each portfolio.

If the creator does not yet have case studies, include a placeholder template for future additions.

Format case studies to clearly present:

  • Brand
  • Objective
  • Deliverables
  • Results or outcomes
  • Adapt designs to match creator branding and inspiration references
  • Maintain strong typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
  • Communicate with the team via Slack
  • Implement feedback efficiently
  • Complete revisions quickly while maintaining design quality
  • Proven experience designing UGC creator portfolios, media kits, or influencer portfolios
  • Advanced proficiency with Canva
  • Strong understanding of UGC marketing and creator branding
  • Excellent layout design, typography, and visual hierarchy skills
  • Ability to produce high-quality designs quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work efficiently using templates, SOPs, and design systems
  • Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines

Requirements

Candidates must submit examples of Canva portfolios, creator media kits, or similar design work demonstrating strong layout and branding skills.

    • Canva (Advanced – Required)
    • Google Drive

    • Notion (preferred)
    • Contracted Hours per Week: 20 or 40 Hours
    • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
    • Daily Working Time: TO BE ARRANGED

    Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

    • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
    • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
    • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
