About Jobera
Who we are
Jobera is a job search engine. We collect job openings directly from the career sites employers run themselves, add facts that help you decide (salary, who can apply, how long a job has been open, a Trust Level), and send you to the employer to apply.
Jobera is operated by Marcin Potocki RSO Media, ul. Dolna Panny Marii 56 lok. 8, 20-010 Lublin, Poland, run by Marcin Potocki.
Where our jobs come from
Listings come from the applicant tracking systems (ATS) employers use to publish their openings and receive applications — the same career pages you would find on the company's website. A small share comes from career boards run for groups of companies, such as investor portfolio boards.
Right now Jobera lists 1,452,585 open jobs from 35,195 employers, collected from 47 ATS platforms and a few multi-company career boards.
The largest sources are Workday, Greenhouse, TalentReef, Oracle Cloud HCM, Lever, ADP MyJobs, HRM Direct and UKG Pro, plus 39 more.
How we check and refresh jobs
- We re-read employer career sites around the clock: most boards several times a day, almost all at least once a day.
- When an opening disappears from the employer's site, we close it once it has stayed gone for two days of re-checks — usually within two to three days. A closed job's page no longer shows the listing, and search engines are told it is gone.
- Job descriptions are the employer's own text — we never rewrite them. What we add is labelled: a normalized salary range, where applicants may live (“who can apply”), how long the job has been open or reposted, and a Trust Level that flags signs of ghost jobs.
- Employers can pay to feature a listing. Featured listings are always marked with a “Featured” badge.
- Every job page has a Report option; reports go to our team for review.
