Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

  • Log into Wovvo.ai daily and review active brand deal opportunities relevant to assigned client profiles.
  • Apply to brand opportunities on behalf of clients, ensuring each application matches campaign requirements.
  • Customize short-form outreach/application messaging using approved templates and the client’s positioning.
  • Maintain consistent application volume and cadence to maximize deal flow and response rates.
  • Track all activity with high transparency: applications submitted, pending responses, wins/declines, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain daily/weekly reporting logs to show exactly what was completed and what is in progress.
  • Flag high-fit opportunities and time-sensitive campaigns to the client or team as needed.
  • Double-check all submissions for accuracy (brand requirements, deliverable expectations, client fit).
  • Follow SOPs strictly for application steps, messaging style, and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure consistent completion of work during assigned hours with clear documentation.
  • Communicate with the point of contact through Slack and follow instructions for reporting and file sharing.
  • Participate in coaching and training during onboarding and adapt quickly to feedback.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Strong written English and professional business communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to perform repetitive tasks accurately at scale.
  • Comfortable working inside web platforms and following structured step-by-step processes.
  • Able to learn UGC terminology and brand-deal concepts quickly (UGC familiarity is a plus).
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to hit activity KPIs consistently.
  • AI platform (required; training provided)
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Slack
  • Notion (preferred for onboarding/training documentation)
  • Basic email and outreach tools

    • Contracted Hours per Week: 20 OR 40 Hours
    • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
    • Daily Working Time: TO BE ARRANGED

    Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

    • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
    • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
    • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
