Sheffield – you’ll spend your initial 3-month training period in the office, then you’ll have the chance to work in a hybrid way dividing your time between home and the office.

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focussed Sales Administrator to join our growing Estate Planning team at Co-op Legal Services. You don’t need a legal background to succeed in this role, making this a great opportunity to grow your skills within an innovative and ethical business.

As a business, we’re passionate about developing our colleagues. You’ll gain hands on experience within a legal setting, have access to ongoing training, build foundational knowledge in succession planning, and develop your customer service skills. As we continue to expand our team and invest in new technology, there’s never been a more exciting time to join.

You’ll play a key part in helping us deliver outstanding support to our colleagues, clients, and communities. You’ll take on a variety of responsibilities, with a particular focus on managing consultants’ diaries and coordinating and responding to public enquiries.

What you’ll do

  • Collate and send the required and relevant documents to either our clients and/or our consultants, based remotely, in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Deal with related queries from colleagues based remotely and make outbound calls to clients
  • Support with efficient diary management for our consultants, including contact with prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the team leaders to assess work and flag any governance concerns or issues
  • Support the team with general admin tasks and deal with general client queries including occasionally supporting the advisory team in taking inbound calls from clients
  • Conduct daily checks on processes and procedures to ensure a smooth and consistent client journey
  • Support the leadership team in briefing the wider advisory team on ways of working and signposting support resources for colleagues

What you’ll bring

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
  • The ability and self-motivation to work independently as well as part of a team
  • The ability to manage your own time and workload
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Experience of communicating with customers both on the phone and via email
  • The ability to building positive relationships with both colleagues and external parties

•    Annual incentive scheme
•    28 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 32 in line with service)
•    Discounts on Co-op products and services
•    Free support for your mental, physical, and financial wellbeing
