As Head of Business Performance at Form3, reporting to the CFO, you will play a central role in shaping executive governance, operational cadence and driving company-wide performance. You will embed a robust performance and governance framework that connects strategy, financial planning and execution. 

Form3 are a fully remote organisation with a head office in London. For this position, we are looking to hire someone based in the UK.
