We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Python + React.js) with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The core focus of this role is writing scalable code and developing robust back-end and front-end components using Python with FastAPI and React.js. This role requires strong coding skills, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

• →Scalable Development: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using the Python programming language and related frameworks.
• →Develop responsive, high-performance, and maintainable user-facing features using React.js and modern frontend standards.
• →Coordination: Coordinate closely with design teams and backend developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic and ensure a cohesive user experience.
• →API Development: Develop, test, and debug robust back-end components and APIs to support frontend functionality.
• →Optimization: Reprogram existing databases and backend components to improve functionality and performance.
• →Monitoring: Develop digital tools and logic to monitor online traffic and application health.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• 3+ years of proven professional experience as a Full Stack Developer in a fast paced environment.
• Must have good understanding and experience working with The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
• Expert knowledge of Python with FastAPI and React.js (including Hooks, Context API, or Redux).
• Proficiency with testing tools and methodologies for both client-side and server-side code.
• Familiarity with standard Python testing tools and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent ability to collaborate on projects, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
