Associate Dentist

A well-established, long-standing private practice in Stockton is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join a stable and structured clinical environment. This is primarily bread-and-butter dentistry with strong patient flow and consistent scheduling. The practice has been serving the community for over 45 years and operates with organized systems and experienced support staff. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Compensation Structure • $900 per day guaranteed during Year 1 • Part-time option: Tuesday / Thursday / Friday • Full-time option: 5 days per week • After Year 1: Tiered production-based compensation available for associates exceeding production benchmarks Clinical Focus Primarily: • Restorative dentistry • Crown & Bridge • Extractions • Root Canal Therapy • Composite restorations • Partial & Complete Dentures • General bread-and-butter procedures Technology includes Dentrix software, Dexis imaging, cone beam technology, and a fully equipped multi-operatory practice with strong hygiene support. Professional Development Associate must be willing to travel for MGE training as part of ongoing professional development.
