As the Treatment Coordinator, you will be the bridge between exceptional clinical care and an outstanding patient experience. You’ll help patients understand their treatment options, coordinate care, discuss financial arrangements, and confidently move forward with the dentistry they need. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of Treatment Coordinator experience in a dental practice • Previous private practice experience preferred • Proven success presenting treatment plans and increasing case acceptance • Strong understanding of PPO insurance and Fee-for-Service practices • Experience discussing financial arrangements and payment options • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude • Experience with Eaglesoft preferred • Familiarity with digital dentistry and modern dental technology is a plus • Knowledge of cosmetic, restorative, implant, and Invisalign treatment is preferred Benefits • Dental Benefits • Paid Vacation • Paid Holidays
