Requirements

  • Healthcare Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on front office experience within a dental or medical practice setting (required).
  • Financial Mastery: Strong professional background in medical/dental billing, ledger management, financial configurations, or treatment coordination (required).
  • High-Volume Capability: Proven experience successfully managing daily workflows in a highly collaborative, fast-paced clinical workspace.
  • Schedule Reliability: Ability to work our full-time hours starting at 6:50 AM consistently at our Post Falls clinic.
  • Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; a routine pre-employment drug screen is required. We strictly adhere to all CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Treatment Planning & Financial Coordination: Accurately present pediatric dental treatment plans to parents, explaining clinical chartings, breakdown of costs, insurance coverages, and processing patient co-pays or financial arrangements.
  • Fast-Paced Patient Flow: Command the front office operations during peak clinical hours, managing check-ins/check-outs, multi-line phone systems, and routing emergency patient inquiries smoothly.
  • The Face of the Front Desk: Welcome children and parents with high energy, ensuring a warm, comforting environment that builds lifelong trust with families.
  • Clinic Operations: Process daily patient registration, coordinate text-based parent communication workflows, update digital patient records, and manage the front desk infrastructure strictly out of our Post Falls location.
