Responsibilities

30% Contributor: Participate in the growth of the PMO department using tools established by AAA. Provide recommendations for improvement of project management processes currently in use. Ensure time reporting is entered by IT in a timely manner; work with other IT associates to aid and assist with keeping PPM up to date regarding project status and resource allocation, assist with building new reports and KPI's to be used within IT and Project Management.

25% Accountability / Ownership / Leadership: Responsible for the completion and delivery of all technical and non-technical project deliverables within and across all phases of the assigned project lifecycle. This includes defining project scope, ensuring proper requirements are defined and approved, creating a detailed project work plan, RACI, RAID, and Resource Management Plan. Point of Contact for all project related initiatives such as requirements, development, system integration testing, UAT, training, and change management. This includes working with both internal and external resources.

20% Case Management: Responsible for tracking, communicating, assigning, and ensuring closing out of all project related Action Items, Issues, Risks, and Change Requests in a timeline and effective manner.

15% Communications: Effectively provide regular status updates that pertain to all aspects of a project, including, but not limited to scope, schedule, and budget to all project stakeholders and sponsors.

5% Budget Management: Using AAA provided project management software, responsible for all aspects of a project budget including but not limited to determining overall project cost, obtaining project budget approval, continually monitoring project budget and cash flow for deficits or overages, and reporting back to project stakeholders and sponsors.

5% Resource Management: Properly ensure that all required internal and external resources are assigned to individual project tasks and continually update their capacity in AAA provided project management software to ensure proper resource allocation across multiple club wide initiatives.

Requirements

    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills capable of managing strong relationships. 
    • Effective time-management and ability to meet critical deadlines.
    • Attention to detail even under pressure.
    • Demonstrate both organizational and analytical skills.
    • Ability to create and analyze quantitative data.
    • Leadership skills. 
    • Knowledge of project management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (preferred). 
          • Ability to perform routine office tasks that includes operating a computer for long periods of time, sitting, filing and communicating on the phone
          • Ability to perform all physical functions consistent with travel including sitting in airplanes and driving for long periods of time
          • Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull a maximum of 30 lbs

           Starting rate: $60-159 - $70,776

          This position does not offer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
