Customer Experience Teller

Provides administrative and clerical support to cashier's cage/customer service operations. Reviews current processes to improve efficiencies resulting in a tailored customer experience.

The Army & Air Force Exchange Service, also known as “the Exchange,” is the retailer on US Army and Air Force installations worldwide. An $8 billion enterprise ranked among the top retailers, the Exchange operates department stores, convenience stores, restaurants, movie theaters and an internet shopping site to serve Soldiers, Airmen and their families. In addition to US bases in Germany, Italy, England, Turkey, South Korea and Japan, the Exchange operates stores for US troops in Iraq, Afghanistan and other countries in the region. The Exchange ensures Soldiers and Airmen have access to US goods and services, wherever they serve.

Cash handling, accounting, and/or bookkeeping experience is required. Must possess knowledge of and ability to operate standard accounting machines

THIS IS A REGULAR PRT TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE TELLER FOR ANSBACH URLAS MAIN STORE. THIS POSITION COMES WITH THE EXCHANGE BENEFITS SUCH AS: VACATION LEAVE, SICK LEAVE, HEALTH INSURANCE, 401K.

THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR APPLICATNS WHO CURRENTLY ATTENDING HIGH SCHOOL.

APPLICANTS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY AND HOLIDAYS DURING STORE OPERATING HOURS.

APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO SUSTAIN LONG STANDING HOURS, BE ABLE TO PUSH, PULL, LIFT AT LEAST 40 POUNDS, AND CARRY.

APPLICANTS MUST BE COMFORTABLE OPERATING THE CASH REGISTER.

APPLICANTS MUST BE IN THE LOCAL COMMUTING AREA.

MILITARY SPOUSE PREFERENCE WILL BE HONORED FOR THIS POSITION.
