Shift Manager (Retail/Gas) 1st and 2nd Shift

Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations dealing with merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting and reordering of goods.

One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required.


If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BETWEEN 0730-0030

Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations.
Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory.
Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Extended Duty Hours / Varying Work Schedules
Shift Work 24/7 365 days/year
Fuel Management Compliance within 3 months of assuming position
