VISUAL DISPLAY MERCHANDISER / GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Assists in the planning, developing, establishing, and maintaining all retail, food, and services Displays signing and merchandise presentation programs at an Exchange installation. Creates a positive environment that drives sales growth and increases customer experience and Exchange brand loyalty.

Completion of high school or the equivalent. Experience or training in designing, drawing, and assembling sales promotion merchandise displays, knowledge of computer creative software is preferred. Must have valid motor vehicle operator's license.

ASSISTS IN THE PLANNING, DEVELOPING, ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING ALL RETAIL, FOOD AND SERVICES DISPLAYS, SIGNING AND MERCHANDISE PRESENTATION PROGRAMS AT MULTIPLE EXCHANGE INSTALLATIONS. CREATES A POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT THAT DRIVES SALES GROWTH AND INCREASES CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND EXCHANGE BRAND LOYALTY. ASSISTS VISUAL MANAGER IN ALL ROLES ASSIGNED TO THE VM TEAM, INCLUDING SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS. VM TEAM ASSISTS WITH STORE EVENTS. DEPENDING ON OPERATIONAL NEEDS, THE VM TEAM MAY ASSIST THE STORES IN OTHER CAPACITIES AS WELL.
