Graphic Designer

As Graphic Designer, you will support the development and elevation of brand marketing collateral, print and digital campaigns, and the overall corporate brand identity. You will use and continuously develop your creative design expertise to bring briefs to life across a broad range of internal and external projects. Working across both digital and physical touchpoints, you will create engaging, on-brand assets that reflect our brand DNA and maintain consistency in typography, layout, and tone of voice.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about growing their graphic design skills and eager to contribute across the entire marketing funnel. You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, from initial concept development through to final execution, helping shape how the brand connects with consumers at every stage of their journey.

In this role, you should also feel comfortable meeting deadlines, communicating ideas, pitching concepts and presenting your final work.

How You Will Make a Difference

Your key accountabilities will be:

• Increase speed and efficiency of content production

• Deliver fast, agile asset creation across all channels, reducing turnaround times.

• Ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution

• Produce professional, on-brand visual and motion assets across all touchpoints

• Support scalable global marketing needs

• Provide adaptable asset deliverables for markets, improving responsiveness and consistency

• Leverage AI to optimize workflows

• Use AI tools to accelerate production, versioning, and overall efficiency across marketing outputs

• Be a creative voice and influence within the brand content engine

• Use your experience and knowledge to support and develop creative strategies and outputs

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Proven experience working abroad and/or in an international professional environment. The ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to collaborate across cultures and communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients.

• Min 2 years of experience as a graphic designer.

• Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suit (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects).

• A creative eye and strong attention to detail - you take pride in your work.

• Strong English communication skills.

• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

A formal education (Bachelor’s or master’s in graphic design/ Art / Creative Media) is a plus, but we’re most interested in your experience, mindset, and what you’ve achieved so far.
