Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg Unit A

Day Shift

Three, 12-hr shifts per week

Every third weekend requirement.

Unit A is a 45-bed Medical-Surgical and Telemetry unit providing comprehensive care for adult patients with diverse medical and surgical needs, including those requiring continuous cardiac monitoring.

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing–approved nursing program

• Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact and/or state-specific as applicable)

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

  Deliver safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practice—monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and adapting care to support optimal outcomes.

  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes—promoting safety, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting communication and delegation, and engaging in ongoing professional development.
