We are looking for an Education Manager CardioMEMS to join our EMEA Heart Failure team. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of educational programs for both internal teams and healthcare professionals, supporting the adoption and effective use of Abbott’s Heart Failure technologies.
The position is based in the EMEA Headquarters in Zaventem, Belgium and requires approximately 50% travel across the region. You will work in a highly matrixed, international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design impactful training programs, support new product launches, and continuously improve learning initiatives.

Develop and implement educational programs related to Abbott’s Heart Failure technologies for internal teams and healthcare professionals

Design and deliver training (in-person and digital) for complex medical devices, including CardioMEMS
- →
Support education activities linked to new product launches
- →
Deliver training sessions for new hires, field teams, and clinical stakeholders across multiple regions

Create and continuously improve educational materials aligned with the latest clinical data and customer needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, marketing, and global counterparts) to ensure consistency and excellence in training delivery

Support the integration of digital and virtual learning solutions into training programs

Monitor training progress, certification, and compliance within quality systems (e.g., LMS platforms)

Participate in congresses and support educational activities such as training villages and innovation sessions
- →
Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulatory and company policies
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in the medical device industry, ideally within heart failure or remote monitoring technologies
Experience in delivering training or education programs to clinical or technical audiences
Strong understanding of medical device technology and clinical applications
Ability to work in a matrixed, international environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Willingness to travel approximately 50%
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
