Medical Billing Manager

As we continue to increase our ability to support family caregivers at scale, the teams that support this mission are also growing. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Medical Billing Manager to oversee and scale our multi-state revenue cycle operations. In this role, you will lead a high-volume billing team, optimize revenue collection, and design the blueprint for new state launches.

Team oriented and results-driven, you are equally comfortable leading the work of others as you are rolling up your sleeves in order to see strong outcomes. You’re adept at leading teams, managing high claim volumes across multiple states, and seamlessly collaborating with internal stakeholders like Clinical, Care Operations, and Expansion to support rapid growth. While Home Health experience is a major plus, it is not a dealbreaker.
