Product Manager

Created in 2022, the Growth Group unifies our business-to-business (B2B), direct-to-consumer (DTC), Sales & Distribution, and Marketing teams. By bringing together global tech and commercial functions, the Growth Group allows us to fully leverage data and drive digital transformation and organic growth for AB InBev around the world.

In addition to supporting well-known global beer brands like Corona, Budweiser, and Michelob Ultra, the Growth Group is home to a robust suite of digital products including our B2B digital commerce platform BEES, on-demand delivery services Ze Delivery and TaDa Delivery.

As a Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, development, and delivery of impactful products and features. You’ll act as a bridge between stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to ensure that the product vision aligns with business goals and user needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• →Leading cross-functional teams, providing mentorship, and ensuring successful feature delivery.
• →Building and managing product roadmaps, aligning them with strategic goals while balancing stakeholder priorities.
• →Acting as the voice of the customer, identifying pain points, and advocating for user-centric solutions.
• →Collaborating with engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams to define requirements and deliver value.
• →Using data and metrics to drive decision-making, develop business cases, and measure success.
• →Writing detailed business requirements and user stories for clear communication with the development team.
• →Engaging in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, to ensure iterative and incremental progress.
• →Monitoring and communicating product performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
• →Participating in technical discussions to understand system integrations, APIs, and databases.
• →Facilitating continuous improvement in team processes, leveraging tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Experience:

• Experience in product management, with roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
• Proven track record in managing medium-to-large projects with tight timelines.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and data analytics platforms.
• Ability to write clear and actionable requirements, business cases, and user stories.
• Technical understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
