IT Technician

ABIS is looking for a skilled IT Technician to provide technical support and ensure smooth operation of IT systems within our organization. The IT Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network systems, and assisting users with technical problems. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• →Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
• →Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• →Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems to ensure reliable performance.
• →Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• →Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and support activities.
• →Assist in the setup and support of new equipment and IT infrastructure projects.
• →Collaborate with team members to improve IT systems and processes.

• →Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• →Proven experience or knowledge in computer hardware, software, and networking.
• →Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• →Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• →Good communication and customer service skills.
• →Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• →Basic knowledge of networking protocols and configurations.
