We’re redefining consumer lending in the UK, and beyond. Using advanced AI and Open Banking data, we make fair, affordable personal finance available to more people. While traditional lenders rely almost entirely on credit scores, we look at the full financial picture - how much you spend, and what you can afford to repay to build a deeper, more accurate understanding of each customer's unique financial situation.
Our Underwriting team has grown from a single underwriter to more than 25 people, bringing together a wide range of backgrounds and experience, all Underwriting multiple products. This also brings a sense of community and great progression opportunities.
We work closely, support one another, and have built a team culture we're genuinely proud of. Every contribution is visible and valued, with a direct line from individual effort to team performance and the wider business's growth.
We're target-driven, but just as focused on improving how we work — new ideas are welcomed, tested, and often put into practice fast.
