In particular, we are seeking an experienced Intelligence Solutions Integrator Team Lead to primarily support our program.

The Intelligence Solutions Integrator – Senior Team Lead serves as a technical and operational leader responsible for integrating intelligence capabilities across planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination functions. This role ensures seamless coordination between systems, stakeholders, and mission partners to enable effective intelligence operations and data interoperability. The Senior Team Lead provides oversight of personnel, manages work priorities, and drives mission execution in support of national security objectives.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead and manage a team of intelligence professionals supporting planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination activities
- →Oversee tasking, prioritization, and quality control of team deliverables to ensure mission alignment and operational effectiveness
- →Integrate intelligence systems, workflows, and data to enhance interoperability across platforms and organizations
- →Coordinate and collaborate with bilateral and multilateral partners to support intelligence information sharing and cross-domain integration efforts
- →Facilitate intelligence data exchange and system interoperability across joint, interagency, and coalition environments
- →Deliver professional briefings and presentations to senior leaders and diverse audiences, translating complex intelligence concepts into clear, actionable insights
- →Develop, draft, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and operational guidelines
- →Produce reports and products incorporating both narrative and visual elements to effectively communicate complex information
- →Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement in intelligence integration processes and recommend solutions
- →Ensure compliance with security classification guidance, policies, and intelligence community standards
Requirements
~1 min read- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing the work of personnel conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
- Experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in intelligence information sharing and/or system interoperability
- Strong understanding of intelligence lifecycle processes and integration across multiple domains
- Demonstrated ability to deliver clear, professional briefings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven experience drafting SOPs, documentation, and producing reports with integrated text and graphics
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience supporting joint, interagency, or coalition intelligence environments
- Familiarity with intelligence data standards, metadata, and system integration practices
- Experience working in cross-domain or multi-security level environments
- Background in developing or improving intelligence workflows, processes, or architectures
Salary is commensurate with experience. An approximate alary range for this requisition is: $200k-$220k+ annual.
- Active DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain CI Polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
OR
- Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline
OR
- High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline
