  • Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for complex systems and applications
  • Manage and maintain Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift clusters, along with containerized services
  • Automate repetitive tasks and processes using Bash, Ansible, and other relevant tools.
  • Set up and maintain monitoring and observability platforms (ELK stack, OpenTelemetry, APM tools)
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of critical production systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement system architectures and integrate security best practices throughout the development lifecycle
  • Maintain and administer Linux environments and application services
  • Drive continuous improvement by staying up to date with new technologies, security practices, and DevOps methodologie
  • Provide training and guidance to agile teams on DevOps principles, practices, and tools
  • Strong knowledge of security principles and experience with vulnerability scanning tools
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and managing DevOps tools
  • Understanding of containerization and microservices architecture, and how to implement them effectively
  • Ability to solve complex security challenges in distributed systems
  • Proven project-based technical experience in DevOps or related roles
  • Solid knowledge of GitOps practices and related tools
  • Practical experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift
  • Experience working with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
