Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage and coordinate employee leave processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You will handle documentation, maintain accurate records, and provide guidance to employees throughout their leave journey.

You will also collaborate with HR and management to resolve leave-related issues promptly and efficiently. Your work will involve balancing empathy with organizational needs, ensuring a positive experience for employees while maintaining operational continuity.

You will work closely with HR partners, department managers, and employees across the organization. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with diverse teams.

  • Associate degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required

  • Understanding and application of HIPAA, FLMA, ADA, ERISA, USERRA, and DOL

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels

  • Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills

  • Ability to remain organized, pay attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines

  • Ability to maintain confidential information

  • Customer service orientated

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office programs and software

  • Bilingual preferred - read and speak English and Spanish

  • A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed
