Acceldata is looking for a Web Developer / Web Experience Manager to build, manage, and continuously improve the company website. This role combines hands-on website development in Webflow with ownership of website performance, user experience, conversion rate optimization, SEO, analytics, and overall web experience quality.

The ideal candidate should be able to execute website updates efficiently, improve page experience, support marketing campaigns, identify conversion opportunities, and ensure the website remains accurate, high-performing, visually strong, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, update, and maintain website pages, landing pages, campaign pages, and web content in Webflow.

  • Own day-to-day website operations, including page updates, content changes, QA, publishing, and issue resolution.

  • Maintain Webflow CMS structures, templates, reusable components, forms, and page layouts to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • Ensure website pages are responsive, functional, visually polished, brand-aligned, SEO-friendly, and conversion-focused.

  • Monitor website performance, traffic behavior, user journeys, engagement, traffic quality, and conversion metrics.

  • Identify and implement improvements across page structure, navigation, CTAs, forms, content flow, and user experience.

  • Support conversion rate optimization initiatives, including landing page optimization, A/B testing, form improvements, and page-level experiments.

  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, SEMrush, VWO and similar platforms to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Ensure proper tracking and tagging for key pages, campaigns, forms, CTAs, and conversion events.

  • Support technical SEO best practices, including metadata, redirects, internal linking, page structure, crawlability, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.

  • Contribute to GEO / AI discoverability initiatives to improve website visibility across AI-driven search and discovery platforms.

  • Monitor and resolve website issues such as broken links, page errors, form issues, tracking gaps, downtime, and performance problems.

  • Conduct pre-launch and post-launch QA across desktop, mobile, browsers, forms, links, tracking, and page performance.

  • Support integrations with marketing tools, CRM, forms, and automation platforms where required.

  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, support QA, reporting, content checks, and website optimization workflows.

  • Work closely with marketing, design, content, demand generation, product marketing, and other stakeholders to launch and improve web pages.

  • Manage and prioritize website requests while maintaining quality, accuracy, timelines, and brand consistency.

  • Prepare regular website performance insights, reports, and recommendations for leadership and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in website development, website management, web experience, digital marketing operations, or a similar role.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Webflow.

  • Basic front-end knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.

  • Good understanding of user experience, website performance, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, SEMrush, or similar analytics, behavior-tracking, and SEO tools.

  • Knowledge of technical SEO principles and website visibility best practices.

  • Understanding of tracking, tagging, campaign measurement, forms, and conversion events.

  • Awareness of GEO / AI search visibility is a plus.

  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, reporting, QA, or optimization tasks.

  • Ability to analyze website data and recommend actionable improvements.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple website updates and priorities.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills across marketing, design, content, and technical teams.

  • Ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve website-related issues.

  • Experience working on a B2B SaaS or technology company website.

  • Experience with campaign landing pages, demand generation pages, product pages, event pages, and resource pages.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

  • Exposure to A/B testing, heatmaps, form optimization, accessibility basics, Core Web Vitals, and page speed optimization.

  • Ability to make minor copy, CTA, metadata, and content structure recommendations when needed.

  • Timely delivery of website updates, landing pages, and page launches.

  • Improvement in website engagement, user journey effectiveness, and conversion rates.

  • Successful execution and measurable impact of CRO tests and page optimizations.

  • Improvement in SEO performance, website visibility, and AI discoverability.

  • Accurate tracking and reporting for key website pages, campaigns, forms, and conversion events.

  • Reduction in website errors, broken links, form issues, tracking gaps, and downtime.

  • Accuracy, consistency, responsiveness, and brand alignment across website pages.

  • Regular reporting of website performance insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Strong collaboration with marketing, design, content, demand generation, product marketing, and other stakeholders.
