Junior Full-Stack Developer (React, Python)

As Full-stack Engineer, you will be to join our fast-paced, customer-centric Experience Development Team.

• →Develop and maintain web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• →Build and consume REST APIs to support frontend and backend functionality.
• →Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• →Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively with team members.
• →Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• →Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• →Translate business requirements into technical solutions with guidance from senior team members.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• →Demonstrate strong fundamentals in programming languages, frameworks, and software development practices.
• →Guide and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their technical skills and professional qualities.

• →1–3 years of experience in software development, web application development, or full-stack development.
• →Strong understanding of programming language and framework fundamentals.
• →Experience developing and maintaining web applications using modern technologies.
• →Good knowledge of REST APIs and client-server architecture.
• →Proficiency in Git and version control best practices.
• →Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• →Understanding of software development best practices, coding standards, and design principles.
• →Familiarity with databases and basic data modeling concepts.
• →Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
• →Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• →Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• →Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• →Passion for learning new technologies and continuously improving technical skills.
• →Experience participating in code reviews and contributing to code quality initiatives.
• →Demonstrated ability to mentor or support junior team members is a plus.
