Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in agile methodologies and application development to lead our technical projects focused on AI & ML delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our software development projects, maintaining high standards of software quality, and delivering value to our clients.

• →Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Digital Transformation projects from initiation through production deployment.
• → Drive cross-functional collaboration between AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Developers, MLOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, and business stakeholders.
• →Actively participate in requirement gathering and requirement analysis process and create business requirement documents to drive clarity.
• →Work with Product Managers & Executives to prioritize projects across the organization based on company goals and objectives.
• →Exhibit a solid understanding of application of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, including requirements definition, stakeholder feedback, development, and deployment.
• →Lead a cross-functional team in a matrixed organization for successful, on-time delivery.
• →Think out-of-the-box in optimizing delivery practices, resources, and key performance factors to ensure successful delivery.
• →Provide expert knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, and iterative project management methodologies.
• →Understanding of latest cloud computing and data technologies, business drivers, emerging computing trends, and deployment options.
• →Deep understanding of Application, Infrastructure and security architecture and non-functional aspects like Performance, Scalability, Reliability and Availability.
• →Preparing, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the project or sub project according to contractual scope and commitment against project budget.
• →Own and manage the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities for all Critical Incidents, ensuring all corrective and preventive actions are progressed towards permanent resolution.
• →Project Estimation, Planning, Monitoring and Status Reporting.

• →Total 8-10 years of experience managing complex software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• →Good understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP, and Computer Vision projects.
• →Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and governance.
• →Coordinate MLOps activities including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement.
• →Familiarity with AI governance, Responsible AI principles, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• →Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak to technical-level staff and summarize communications for business stakeholders and executives.
• →Prior experience of managing web, mobile, IoT projects.

• →Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Sharepoint, and MS Project
• →Knowledge of Big data, Analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQl Server
• →Knowledge of AS400, Blue Yonder, Azure, or Reporting
• →Experience with cloud technologies and distributed systems is a plus.
• →Proven track record of delivering software projects on time and within budget.
• →Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• →Identify opportunities/gaps to drive new projects, drive discussions with stakeholders to build required collateral to seek funding for new projects
• →Identify opportunities to expand business.
