FULL STACK ENGINEER (Python + React | Snowflake – Nice to Have)

Our client is a U.S.-based leader in digital experience personalization. Their platform powers real-time, data-driven experiences for top global retail and e-commerce brands. Operating at scale across international markets, they leverage advanced analytics and decisioning engines to optimize customer engagement and performance.

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong backend experience in Python, complemented by working knowledge of React for frontend development.

This role is backend-driven, with responsibilities spanning backend services, APIs, data workflows, and SQL, while contributing to frontend features when needed. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features for a large-scale personalization platform.

Ideal candidates bring strong Python foundations, clean coding practices, solid architectural thinking, and experience working in production environments.

• →Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code with a strong focus on Python.
• →Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and data workflows.
• →Contribute to frontend development using JavaScript and React as needed.
• →Develop reusable components and support responsive UI/UX in collaboration with frontend specialists.
• →Translate complex requirements into clear, independent technical tasks.
• →Deploy code regularly to production environments.
• →Collaborate throughout the SDLC with Product, UX, Support, Professional Services, and Engineering teams.
• →Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical design discussions, and code reviews.
• →Research and integrate modern frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• →Contribute to improving performance, scalability, and reliability across the platform.

• 5+ years as a Software Engineer in a production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience working in Linux environments.
• Experience building backend services, APIs, and data-driven applications.
• Frontend experience with JavaScript and React (working knowledge).
• Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and services integration.
• Experience with database design and writing SQL queries.
• Prior experience participating in technical design discussions and code reviews.
• Proficiency with Git and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and English fluency.

• Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses.
• Experience in personalization platforms, data-driven applications, or e-commerce systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of performance monitoring and debugging tools.
• Experience with AWS services such as S3, EC2, or Lambda.
