As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding the technical vision and architectural decisions for bespoke software projects. - Promote best practices in software development and encourage innovation within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Trading Services Front Office, Banking.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to enterprise applications.
- Experience in ensuring code quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and continuous integration.
- Ability to optimize application performance and scalability in complex software environments.
- Familiarity with development lifecycle management and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
