Our clients are entrepreneurs and business owners — primarily real estate investors and small-to-mid-sized operators — who need a trusted financial partner to handle the heavy lifting with clarity, consistency, and care. If you have experience leading teams that serve this type of client, this role will be a great fit.

•      Lead complex, multi-client accounting engagements under GAAP standards

•      Manage client communications, deliverables, and expectations with confidence

•      Ensure financials are client-ready — accurate, clear, and delivered on time

•      Review and deliver high-quality financial reporting packages with accuracy and consistency

•      Mentor Senior Accountants, Staff Accountants, and Bookkeepers toward professional growth

•      Own team utilization and workload decisions to balance capacity and engagement mix

•      Build a team culture that holds both people and standards in high regard

•      Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting across multiple client accounts

•      Review and approve financial packages, analyses, and client-facing deliverables

•      Use scorecard metrics to identify risk early and drive structural fixes

•      Identify, design, and implement process improvements across workflows, documentation, and internal handoffs

•      Lead with clarity — turn ambiguity into actionable structure for your team

•      Monitor revenue, gross margin, scope tension, and client expectations vs. engagement reality

•      Escalate and address issues proactively — not reactively
