No CV, Neuro, or Vascular cases. ● Special Requirements: Must be comfortable practicing autonomously ● Supervision Model: Independent, solo CRNA model with full clinical autonomy Job Summary: We are seeking a highly autonomous, self-motivated CRNA to join our team in Big Spring, Texas. This is an exceptional role for a provider looking to work independently in a solo CRNA model, offering flexibility, low case volume, and a strong work-life balance in a quiet, close-knit community. Located in West Texas, Big Spring offers a low cost of living, minimal traffic, and a relaxed pace of life—ideal for CRNAs seeking simplicity and space. Residents enjoy affordable housing, short commutes, and easy access to nearby state parks, hiking, biking, and some of Texas’s best stargazing under expansive skies. Requirements ● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). ● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas. (Currently, or willing to obtain) ● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in OB/GYN, GI, podiatry, urology and general cases. ● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team. ● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care. ● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required. ● Must be comfortable practicing autonomously.
