No CV, Neuro, or Vascular cases. ● Special Requirements: Must be comfortable practicing autonomously ● Supervision Model: Independent, solo CRNA model with full clinical autonomy Job Summary: We are seeking a highly autonomous, self-motivated CRNA to join our team in Big Spring, Texas. (Currently, or willing to obtain) ● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in OB/GYN, GI, podiatry, urology and general cases. ● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team. ● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care. ● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required. ● Must be comfortable practicing autonomously.
