We are now accepting applications for the following position:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with this luggage, including loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring their belongings are handled with care and securely stowed during transit.
• Familiarize yourself with the most efficient routes to the airport, considering traffic conditions and any other factors that may affect travel time. Maintain awareness of alternative routes to avoid delays.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the shuttle vehicle.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure it is in proper working condition, reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide a high level of customer service to guests throughout their journey, including greeting them warmly, answering any questions they may have, and helping as needed.
• Always keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained, both inside and out. Ensure the interior is free of debris and properly ventilated for passenger comfort.
• Assist with other transportation-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by resort management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Follow company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle preferred
• Previous experience in a customer service and or within the hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all relevant regulations.
• Must be comfortable working a flexible schedule, including working outside of normal business hours (i.e. evenings, weekends and public holidays, as needed)
• Must possess Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Physically capable of performing all essential duties of the role, including prolonged periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and reaching, as well as safely pushing, pulling, and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Hourly Wage: USD$8.00 - USD$10.00 Per Hour + gratuities
