We are building a talent pool of Senior Google Ads Specialists for future client opportunities. The Senior Google Ads Specialist is responsible for leading paid search strategy and campaign execution across multiple client accounts. This senior role combines strong platform expertise with strategic thinking, client management, and the ability to guide and develop junior team members.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Strategy & Planning: Develop and own paid search strategies aligned to client goals; translate business objectives into campaign plans with clear performance targets and a structured approach to execution.
- →Campaign Oversight & Optimisation: Lead the management and continuous improvement of campaigns across all relevant ad formats; oversee bid strategy, budget governance, and performance accountability across the account portfolio.
- →Performance Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data; identify trends and opportunities; present strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and commercially relevant way.
- →Testing & Best Practices: Lead a structured approach to campaign testing and experimentation; document learnings and establish best practices to improve performance standards across the team.
- →Client Management: Serve as the senior point of contact for clients; lead performance reviews and strategic discussions; build strong relationships that support long-term engagement and account growth.
- →Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior and mid-level team members; provide guidance on campaign execution, quality standards, and professional development.
Requirements
~1 min read- Education: Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications are expected at this level.
- Experience: At least 4–5 years of Google Ads experience, with some exposure to leading accounts or mentoring others.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of the Google Ads platform and associated analytics tools; familiar with reporting and visualisation platforms; understanding of broader digital marketing channels is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strategic thinker with commercial awareness; confident communicator at client and leadership level; organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts.
- Language: Proficient in English (written and spoken). Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for client-facing roles.
