The Virtual Assistant – Admin will support backend administrative operations on a part-time, task-based engagement, focusing on repetitive admin and LinkedIn-related tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness during client business hours, and the ability to work independently. High-performing candidates may be considered for full-time conversion based on client needs.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Administrative Support: Handle repetitive backend administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- → LinkedIn Management: Post content on LinkedIn and send/manage connection requests
- → Data & File Management: Perform data entry, organize files, and maintain accurate digital records and shared folders
- → Email & Calendar Support: Assist with inbox monitoring, scheduling, and calendar coordination
- → Task Coordination: Track assigned tasks, follow up on pending items, and ensure completion within deadlines
- → Reporting & Documentation: Prepare basic reports, trackers, and presentations as needed
- → Responsiveness: Remain online and accessible during client office hours to ensure quick turnaround
- → Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet accuracy, completeness, and timeliness standards
Requirements
~1 min read- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Experience: Experience in virtual assistance, administrative support, or similar backend roles; exposure to task-based or repetitive work environments is a plus
- Technical Skills: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar); Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); LinkedIn platform (posting, connection management); data entry and document formatting tools; email and calendar management systems
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail; high level of responsiveness and reliability; ability to work independently; excellent organizational and time management skills; proactive mindset and accountability; adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Language: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fully remote or WFH setup
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or social media administrative tasks
- Experience supporting international clients or working in startup environments
- Willingness and capability to transition into a full-time role
