AI Product Operations Intern

Adaptive is a cybersecurity startup on a mission to stop AI-powered cyberattacks. Adaptive was founded by Brian Long and Andrew Jones, repeat entrepreneurs who have built and scaled category-defining companies. Brian and Andrew previously co-founded Attentive, which grew to more than $500M in annual revenue and a $10B+ valuation, and TapCommerce, which was acquired by Twitter. Together, they bring deep experience building high-growth, product-led businesses at massive scale as Adaptive builds the security layer for the AI era.

We’re looking for an organized, technically-savvy generalist to join our Product Operations team for Summer 2026. Product Ops works closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure every customer and prospect has a great product experience, from first demo through ongoing usage.

This is primarily an operational role — the majority of your time (~75%) will be spent on account provisioning, demo preparation, and cross-functional coordination. You'll also contribute to content development within Adaptive's training products (~25%) through a summer project. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-obsessed, and excited about getting their hands dirty at a high-growth startup led by seasoned entrepreneurs.

• Currently pursuing a BA/BS from a 4-year university. Technical / quantitative fields preferred, but open to all backgrounds.
