JOB OVERVIEW Job Id: Y-CRNA-3450023 Profession: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Specialty: CRNA - General Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Dubois, PA Service Setting: Hospital Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: Sep 21, 2026 – Dec 21, 2026 Clinical Shift Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adults, Pediatrics Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 40 cases/day Case Mix: General, ENT with peds, GYN, OB, Plastics, Endoscopy, Urology, Ortho, Vascular, Cardiothoracic, Neuro FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Cerner Specialty Backup Available: Anesthesiologists available for medical direction (4:1 ratio) Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Credentialing Timeline: 3–4 weeks REQUIRED PROCEDURES General ENT with peds GYN OB Plastics Endoscopy Urology Ortho Vascular Cardiothoracic Neuro Regional blocks Epidurals JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active PA license Board: NBCRNA Certifications: ACLS Experience: 1-2 years preferred DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide anesthesia services under medical direction of anesthesiologists. Float between DuBois, Clearfield, and Brookville facilities. Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases including general, ENT, GYN, OB, plastics, endoscopy, urology, ortho, vascular, cardiothoracic, and neuro. Perform regional blocks and epidurals as needed. Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs; maintain 4:1 supervision ratio.
