Manage 24/7 on-call responsibilities for inpatient trauma consultations and emergencies. Perform surgical evaluations and procedures for maxillofacial injuries. Coordinate care with emergency medicine, anesthesia, and surgical teams. Ensure comprehensive documentation and compliance with hospital protocols.
