Associate Developer - Reporting

ADP Reporting team is looking for the next generation of technologists to join our project!

Then, you’ll be placed amongst our brightest associates as an Associate Application Developer, joining our group of passionate technologists who make it all possible by innovating creative solutions to new challenges.  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 

• Experience researching and evaluating possible root causes of issues; 

• Experience developing workarounds and redirect the problems to a final solution; 

• Software development experience in a product-based company involving in complete SDLC of the product development particularly using Agile SCRUM methodology; 

• Knowledge of DevOps resources in providing solutions for continuous development and delivery of products; 

• Understanding of RESTful and microservices development; 

• Analytical mind; 

• Knowledge of Automation and Continuous Integration Tools; 

• Knowledge of Python; 

• Knowledge of AWS or other cloud environment.

BONUS POINTS FOR THESE: Preferred Qualifications 

• Familiarity with Spring Boot, React, Node.js, and Angular 

• Understanding of server, database, and storage technologies 

• Knowledge of Docker and containerized development 

• Experience with message queues (SQS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ 

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Kotest) 

• Understanding of file formats (XML, CSV, fixed-width text) 

• Knowledge of Git and pull request workflows 

• Good level of English
