TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications

• →3+ years of experience working in a Business-to-Business client service/customer service interface or systems integration environment.
• →At least 1 year of business consulting experience.
• →WFN experience required. 

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

• →Experience noted above, OR
• →Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications

• →Benefits knowledge or experience preferred.
• →Implementation experience highly preferred.
• →Strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• →Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks.
• →Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills.
• →Ability to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise and escalate to the appropriate level.
• →CBP, PHR/SHRM Certification is a plus.
