• →Operate and monitor conveyorized wet‑process equipment such as desmear, etch, develop, strip, clean, oxide, Sanding & scrubbing, and rinse lines.
• →Set up process parameters, including conveyor speed, temperature, spray pressure, and chemical concentrations.
• →Perform routine chemical titrations and solution checks to maintain proper bath chemistry.
• →Add chemicals, adjust concentrations, and document all chemical maintenance activities.
• →Inspect panels before and after processing to ensure proper etch quality, cleanliness, and surface condition.
• →Load and unload PCB panels onto conveyorized lines while preventing scratches, contamination, or handling damage.
• →Monitor equipment performance, including pumps, heaters, filters, spray bars, and nozzles, to ensure stable operation.
• →Perform daily and weekly equipment cleaning, including filter changes, nozzle cleaning, and tank maintenance.
• →Record process data, chemical readings, and production information accurately in logs or MES systems.
• →Identify and report process deviations, equipment malfunctions, or recurring defects to engineering or supervision.
• →Follow job travelers, work instructions, and engineering documentation for each production run.
• →Handle chemicals safely and follow all PPE, ventilation, and hazardous‑material procedures.
• →Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with 5S and facility standards.
• →Support continuous improvement initiatives related to yield, throughput, and process stability
• →Support cross‑training efforts and carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor to meet production needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills for operating machine controls.
• Preferably experience operating imaging equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferably with a good understanding of PCB manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.
• Ability to work under yellow light.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment based on OSHA and company policies.
• Able to lift up to 35 lb. Occasionally, above-the-shoulder lifting.
• <20 lb. when reaching, or precision placement is required
