Director, Strategic Programs - Organic Growth

The Director of Strategic Programs (DSP) owns and leads cross-functional strategic and tactical initiatives from planning through completion, with focused execution and diligent follow-through. The role blends analyst, coordinator, and program manager, and supports one or more departments. The DSP drives company-wide initiatives, strengthens internal operations, and leads meaningful change by proactively managing and monitoring cross-departmental projects that create long-term business value.

• →Manage and complete highly complex projects on time and within scope, demonstrating strong project management skills
• →Provide functional leadership and manage day-to-day operations across designated functional areas
• →Lead transformation initiatives and build accountability throughout the process to ensure successful change
