• Word processing (PC applications) skills, able to prepare reports and simple tables [Required]
• Ability to facilitate teams in a continuous quality improvement environment [Required]

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

• N/A

• 2+ years experience with advanced pc applications preferred (spreadsheet and graphics) [Preferred]
• 2+ years experience with data analysis and interpretation [Preferred]
• 2+ years quality improvement experience [Preferred]
• 2+ years of rn experience in health care [Preferred]
• 2+ years prior work experience as a staff nurse in an acute care hospital [Required]
• Experience with team facilitation in a continuous quality improvement environment [Required]
• Prior experience in quality management and/or utilization/resource management activities such as chart reviews, data extraction, data collation, data analysis [Required]

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) [Preferred]
• Healthcare Risk Management Certificate (HRMC) [Preferred]
