• Shift: Full Time 6:00am-2:30pm

Provides catering services for offsite events and functions. Inspect and verify all incoming food and supply deliveries for accuracy, quality, and compliance with sanitation standards. Organize and process invoices, requisitions, and bulk orders efficiently to support timely distribution across departments. Stock and rotate inventory in coolers, freezers, and storerooms using FIFO methods to minimize waste and ensure freshness. Maintain cleanliness all storage areas through daily sweeping, mopping, and sanitation checks. Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to report spoilage, discrepancies, or equipment issues promptly. Other duties as assigned. Transports food items to various locations as needed.

Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
