Logistics Specialist

• →Manage domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
• →Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• →Prepare shipping documentation, monitor shipments, and resolve transportation issues.
• →Support import/export and customs compliance.
• →Maintain accurate records and optimize logistics processes.
• →Contribute to continuous process improvements and automation initiatives.

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination.
• Good understanding of import/export and customs procedures.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Monitor and/or NetSuite ERP experience is an advantage).
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Certificate of Dangerous Goods Training.
