Head of Engineering

We are looking for a Head of Engineering who gets things done. Not a whiteboard strategist - someone who digs into how our 40-person engineering organization actually works, finds what is slowing us down, and fixes it. You will partner with Product on how our teams are structured, how work flows, and how we hold ourselves accountable. You will report directly to our CEO and will be a key voice in how our engineering organization evolves.

Our technical founders are deeply involved and move fast. You will partner closely with them, take the operational weight off their plates, and make the whole engine run better.  If you thrive in a high-trust, high-ownership environment where you can make real structural decisions, this is the role for you.

This role is hybrid, and we’re looking for someone who can come to our downtown Toronto office twice a week.
