Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial and government construction projects.

Review architectural and engineering drawings to develop accurate estimates.

Identify missing information and document assumptions when plans are incomplete.

Prepare bids for projects ranging from $500K–$5.5M.

Coordinate with senior estimators to refine pricing and methodology.

Utilize estimating software and AI tools to improve efficiency.

Support fast-paced bid submissions while maintaining accuracy.
3+ years of US construction estimating experience
Civil Engineering degree or equivalent construction/trade background
Experience estimating commercial or government projects preferred
Strong blueprint reading and quantity takeoff skills
Experience with construction estimating software
Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity
Strong English communication
Critical thinker and problem solver
Able to work independently and manage tight deadlines
Comfortable making reasonable assumptions when plans are incomplete
Experience estimating electrical or multi-trade construction projects
Strong understanding of real-world construction methods
Ability to explain estimating methodology and decision-making
Adaptable, coachable, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
