  Support fast-paced bid submissions while maintaining accuracy.

• 3+ years of US construction estimating experience

• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent construction/trade background

• Experience estimating commercial or government projects preferred

• Strong blueprint reading and quantity takeoff skills

• Experience with construction estimating software

• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity

• Strong English communication

• Critical thinker and problem solver

• Able to work independently and manage tight deadlines

• Comfortable making reasonable assumptions when plans are incomplete

• Experience estimating electrical or multi-trade construction projects

• Strong understanding of real-world construction methods

• Ability to explain estimating methodology and decision-making

• Adaptable, coachable, and eager to learn

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
