Construction Estimator (Florida Codes Exp)

• Deep familiarity with Florida construction codes and permitting requirements

• Proven ability to obtain current, real-world supplier pricing rather than relying solely on databases or historical pricing

• Strong understanding of how local market conditions affect construction estimates

• Ability to identify pricing gaps, scope discrepancies, and potential cost risks before submitting a bid

• Experience turning complex construction plans into accurate, actionable estimates

• Demonstrated track record of supporting successful and competitive bid submissions

• Ability to work independently and make sound estimating decisions with minimal supervision

• Florida construction experience is required

• Strong knowledge of Florida building codes and permit requirements

• Ability to source real supplier pricing

• Ability to accurately convert takeoffs into detailed dollar estimates

• Fluent English communication

• Strong hands-on construction estimating experience

• Ability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time

• Must be available to start mid to late September 2026
