- PlanSwift: Direct experience performing construction takeoffs in PlanSwift is required.
- Google Workspace: Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs for data modeling and proposal formatting.
Workflow Independence: Strong organizational, time management, and process ownership skills, with the ability to manage 25–50 project takeoffs per month independently.

Trade Specialization: Direct experience performing insulation-specific takeoffs and cost estimates (spray foam, blown-in, batt, or air barrier systems).
Industry Experience: Prior background working directly for an insulation contractor, residential custom home builder, or trade subcontractor.
Software Familiarity: Direct experience utilizing Handoff (estimating/operations software) and Pipedrive (CRM).

Workflow Ownership: Fully absorbing the takeoff-to-proposal pipeline to free up executive leadership capacity for business development.
Estimate Precision & Accuracy: Maintaining 100% accuracy across material quantities, square footages, and applied costing formulas.
Turnaround Velocity: Meeting or exceeding target completion timelines across all incoming takeoff requests (25–50 projects/month).
