Job Title: Business Management Administrator - Principal

Location: On-Site, Fort Huachuca, AZ

Clearance Level: Secret, Must Have Clearance to Start

Responsible for providing specialized business support in the areas that include operations analysis; contract or financial management; contract security; technical writing; and project scheduling and control.

Assesses project business issues and develops approaches to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Plans and coordinates project scheduling, budgeting, logistical, and administrative tasks.

Requires a Master’s degree; or a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience. One year of experience can be substituted by 15 semester hours completed towards a Master’s degree in a directly related curriculum. The degree must be in a relevant technical curriculum and experience must be related to the job duties.

Demonstrates expertise in a variety of business management concepts, practices, technical document editing, and procedures.

Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Performs a variety of complex tasks.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Leads and directs the work of others. Typically reports to department management or executive. May provide consultation on complex projects and be a top-level contributor/specialist in the department.

Environmental Conditions – Sedentary, full time-onsite.

Strength Demands – Lift 50 lbs.

Physical Requirements – Walk, climb/descend stairs
