~1 min readAs a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a critical role in maintaining safe, reliable production equipment throughout our manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities include:
- →Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
- →Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
- →Repair and maintain motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- →Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes
- →Minimize downtime through efficient repairs
- →Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
- →Support continuous improvement initiatives
- →Follow all food safety, maintenance, and workplace safety standards
We're looking for experienced maintenance professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, solving problems, and keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or plant maintenance
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and power transmission systems
- The ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals
- A strong commitment to workplace safety
- The ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative maintenance team
Experience with any of the following is highly valued:
- PLC troubleshooting
- Electrical systems
- Welding and fabrication
- Refrigeration systems
- Food or dairy manufacturing
- Preventative maintenance programs
- CMMS software
