Utility Operator 2: 12 hr Day shift

Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery has full-time (40 hours/week) openings as a first shift 12 hour (6am-6pm) Operator. $30.15 starting rate with 7-10% night differential added to base pay.  Schedule for the 12 hour shift is a 4-on-4-off rotation. Eligible for increases every 6 months for the first two years of employment.

This position works as part of a team, in an advance level capacity and will be cross trained in several production positions. The position will be a lead operator running equipment such as our cheese making equipment and our whey drying equipment. This position has direct impact over our operations and quality. Our “utility” operators are crossed trained to run multiple pieces of equipment which gives the candidate variety in their roles. Main responsibilities (once trained) would be:
